Job Description
MCS Group are partnering with a Lisburn based leading Equipment Supplier, specialising in retail industry, to recruit a Business Development Executive. Offering competitive salary with earning potential up to £40-50,000, this is a unique opportunity for a hungry sales candidate with 2-3 years B2B experience, to drive business leads in line with ambitious objectives in a newly established sector of the business.
Role
- Lead on the daily stand up calls, reporting activity and driving performance against KPIs.
- Build call campaigns and a pipeline of contacts to maintain relationships, nurture these opportunities to a qualified lead.
- Opportunity qualification utilising a range of selling techniques with a view to significant bonus reward on contracts delivered.
- Collaborating with the commercial sales team to understand various trends within your market sector in order to create effective engagement methods.
- Updating sales database with relevant client and market information to maximise opportunity.
Individual
- Must have 2-3 years outbound sales experience (B2B preferable)
- Flair for leadership and ability to bring out the best in others
- Experience and evidence of consistently meeting set activity KPIs
Package
- £28-32,000 starting salary
