Accounts Payable Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to partner with a professional services company based in Belfast to recruit for Accounts Payable Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will support the US function, with hours worked either 2:00-10:30 or 3:30-12:00. A premium hours payment will be allocated to make this a very attractive, lucrative opportunity

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will ensure high quality services are provided both internally and externally.

Specific Duties Include:

• Data entry
• Handling client enquiries/ queries
• Providing details financial information
• Process high volume of invoice
• Process expenses

What will you need to succeed?

• Experience working in a busy Accounts Payable environment or admin environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, pro-active & flexible
