This role presents the exciting prospect of working alongside a team of over 100 professionals in London, with exceptional avenues for personal and technical development.

Your journey will commence with enrollment in one of the world's best graduate programs - a comprehensive 2-week training course, fully paid including accomodation and food allowances. During this period, you will acquire the skills necessary for your role before transitioning to your workstation, where you'll continue to refine your abilities daily.

As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass receiving and addressing incoming calls, managing incidents, and handling service requests via the management system. While this role primarily revolves around client-centric support, it also entails elements of maintenance and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support role OR a degree-level qualification in a related field
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills
• Expertise in troubleshooting both technical and non-technical queries
• Familiarity with Linux log files and command tools
