Project Manager - Healthcare

MCS are delighted to be recruiting for a Project manager to join an extremely Healthcare company specialises in the delivery of healthcare equipment to major public and private sector organisations. Due to their ever-growing success, they are expanding and have huge plans for 2024!

The Company/ Role

As the project manager you will deliver numerous projects of all different sizes and complexities based in the health technology team with a focus on managing process and deliverables with your team. This role will require high level project competencies with great client management experience and the need to be on site with clients when their equipment is being delivered to ensure seamless deployment. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance in the skills you already have and make an impact in this fast paced, dynamic environment.

There is a requirement to be on site with clients in Belfast/ NI when deployment is happening.

What you need:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment over multiple projects
• Driven self-starter, with great client management
• At least two years' experience of working within project management
• Great team management and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and be confident in making decisions
• Be able to work on your own initiative as well as getting involved with teams
