Rachael Deery

Rachael joined MCS Group in December 2021 and is a Principal IT Recruitment Consultant, working closely with high-growth technology companies and candidates across the market. She supports organisations in building and scaling teams across Software engineering, Python, data and AI, alongside product and project management, with a particular focus on key accounts and FDI expansions. Working day-to-day with both clients and candidates, she helps align hiring needs with the right talent in a practical and considered way.

She specialises in the IT and technology sector, with a focus on software engineering, data, AI, and product-led environments. She typically works with scaling businesses and established organisations looking to grow or strengthen their technical teams.

Rachael is actively involved in her market, regularly hosting and attending networking events that bring together clients and candidates, helping to build a strong and well-connected network.

Before joining MCS, she worked as a Business Manager within a global retail organisation, where she developed experience in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and recruitment.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and keeping active through fitness.
