Marketing Executive

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside an innovative outdoor hospitality company to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join the Belfast based team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects for online travel agencies, strategizing campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, utilising various marketing channels, and driving growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring strategic campaign planning and execution.
• Collaborate effectively with customers across UK and Ireland to enhance user experience and drive growth.
• Utilise social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote
• Create content and implement digital and traditional marketing methods to increase brand exposure and drive sales.
• Manage deadlines, compile reports, and use analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools to execute targeted marketing campaigns and drive sales.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and manage marketing projects from ideation to launch.

Essential Requirements:

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, etc.).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven creative and technical ability in marketing.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing with a desire to develop further.
• Flexible and adaptive mindset to respond to market changes and seasonal demand.
• Organisational and analytical abilities to manage and utilise data effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Interest in learning about the outdoor hospitality industry and a drive to grow professionally.
