Full Stack Software Engineer (React, Python)

Role Overview

As part of continued growth, the company is expanding its engineering presence in Belfast. The role offers a hybrid working model with genuine flexibility.

This position is ideal for a software engineer who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. You'll contribute across their web portal, mobile application and backend services, with encouragement to explore different parts of the stack. If you're interested in broadening your technical capability, this will be actively supported.

What you'll do

• Deliver features across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering colleagues in a well-structured environment.
• Take ownership of assigned work and deliver high-quality, well-tested solutions.
• Develop your skills with support from experienced engineers.

What you'll bring

• Commercial experience as a software engineer working across the stack.
• Comfort working on a mix of frontend, backend, and/or mobile technologies. Experience with some of the stack required (you don't need to have it all) - React, React Native, Python
• A pragmatic approach - happy to focus, execute, and deliver.
• Curiosity to learn and develop, with support available if you want to broaden your skillset.
