Engineering Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a global E-Commerce organisation seeking to hire an engineering lead to help build out a new greenfield SaaS platform while leading a team of senior engineers. You will be leading a team focusing a modern .NET stack: C#, .NET Core, Microservices, Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small development team providing them technical direction and guidance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to produce and implement modern software solutions.
• Control project schedules and delivery with a focus on quality.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

The Person:

• Confident technical ability across: C#, .NET Core, Microservices, Azure or AWS.
• A track record of developing and designing technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and best coding practices.
