Salesforce analyst / team lead

Opportunity for an ambitious Salesforce analyst / team lead to join a rapidly expanding software company in Belfast.

Our client is a market leader who offer bespoke software solutions for financial clients including banks and credit which facilitate millions of transactions. They have over 4 offices across the globe and impressive customer base, resulting in continued growth and the on going success of their key product- an award winning AI solution which utilises the latest technologies.

As experienced salesforce analyst you will join the team in a dual role were you will work across salesforce implementation projects as well as manage an internal support team.

What you will be doing

• Be repsonsible for project delivery and work across multiple work streams on salesforce projects.
• Act as account manager for clients
• • Onsite visits to retain customer relationships and provide sales opportunities
  • Host quarterly customer webinars
• Hold users groups
• Host standups with dev team to discuss blocks / requirements
• Be involved in system testing
• Oversee the support team to ensure adhering to relevant SLAs and act as an escalation point for tickets
• Be responsible for hiring and training of new staff

In order to be successful

• You will have 3+ years experience in project delivery across salesforce projects
• Ideally have relevant salesforce certifications
• Strong management / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive change
• Ideally you will have a third level qualification in a Business, IT or accountancy discipline
