MCS Group is delighted to be working with a well established, top 10 accountancy practice looking to recruit for a Corporate Tax Director to join their team in Dublin.

The Irish member firm is a fast-growing advisory practice providing services to domestic and international clients. The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

• Support compliance and advisory projects for a diverse client base.
• Lead a Corporate Tax client portfolio and provide expert technical guidance.
• Drive business development and new client opportunities.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing team.
• Contribute to strategic planning and cross-border projects.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

• CTA / ITI and ACA / ACCA qualified with senior-level practice experience in a Top 20 firm.
• Experienced in leading teams and managing multiple client assignments.
• Strong client relationship and commercial awareness.
• Technical expertise in corporate tax advisory services; FDI experience desirable.
• Team-oriented leader with staff management and development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills.
