MCS Group is delighted to be working with a well established, top 10 accountancy practice looking to recruit for a Corporate Tax Consultant to join their team in Dublin.

The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing the delivery of tax compliance and advisory services.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and international colleagues on complex and cross-border tax projects.
• Oversee commercial aspects of engagements, including scoping, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Coach and develop junior team members through technical guidance and structured training.
• Support business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and service offerings.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

• Professional qualification: ITI, ACA, or ACCA.
• Proven technical expertise in domestic and international corporate tax.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
