The Role of the Accounting and Payroll Specialist:

As the successful Accounting and Payroll Specialist you will support all aspects of the accounting finance functions across all territories.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Manage monthly payroll inputs, processing and reconciliations
• Review post‑finalisation outputs
• Prepare and post monthly payroll journals
• Handle queries via the payroll mailbox
• Prepare partner drawings statements and manage secure payslip distribution
• Provide monthly currency cash‑flow information to Treasury and support cash‑flow forecasting
• Prepare key balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconciliations and balance management
• Support budgeting, cash‑flow planning and audit processes
• Assist with year‑end tasks including statements, journals and disclosures

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven ability to provide a high level of client service
• Ability to work effectively using own initiative and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic and pro active
