Tell us about your role within MCS
I am the Compliance Manager in MCS, I’m responsible for ensuring all the office processes are followed and improved upon, allowing for an excellent end user experience. I also have full responsibility for ensuring we maintain quality and compliance requirements ranging from GDPR to our quality management system and ISO 9001 requirements. I also run the admin function at MCS and have a wonderful team reporting into me, together we ensure admin functions and customer service in MCS are second to none.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love the structure of compliance and I’m a sucker for following rules and processes. I also love to be able to make a difference, which comes from identifying a problem or potential problem and putting systems in place to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Also, the team we have at MCS are an amazing group, we work hard but I have also built some great relationships over the years, and we manage to have fun as well!

What is one skill that helps you most in your role?
Organisation is key to everything I do; I have a lot of balls in the air, so I pride myself on my organisational skills, multi-tasking and having to remember lots!!

Treat people the way you want to be treated
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Changing my career 360 degrees when I was 29 was so scary but looking back now, hard work and being able to learn fast paid off.
