Warehouse and Logistics Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Warehouse and Logistics Manager for our successful client, who is a growing and fast-paced business operating across international markets, and is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead its Belfast operation.

This is a key role responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, overseeing stock accuracy, dispatch, and the efficient movement of goods across both local and global supply chains.

You will work closely with logistics partners, freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure goods move efficiently and compliantly. The role requires someone comfortable working with operational data, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key requirements:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management
• Strong team leadership experience
• Knowledge of stock control and warehouse operations
• Exposure to logistics, ideally including international shipping
• Organised, practical and solutions-focused approach
