Are you ready to make a difference? This is your chance to step into the impactful role of Violence Reduction Officer/Case Manager to provide specialist advice in relation to the prevention and reduction of violence and aggression within a public sector organisation. You will be responsible for case management of incidences and investigations through to prosecution, liaising with staff and other organisations and services.

The Role

The Violence Reduction Officer/Case Manager role is at the heart of the organisations efforts to address and mitigate violence and aggression. You will play a pivotal role in managing cases, implementing strategies, and working with stakeholders to reduce violence and promote positive outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in violence prevention, who has the below:

  • A degree in crime prevention and at least 3 years' relevant experience
  • Experience of reporting and managing incidents of violence/aggression
  • Experience of the development and delivery of training programmes
  • Experience undertaking audits, inspections and risk assessments
