Job Description
The role:
Acquire, develop, and implement HR and Finance IT systems that meet organizational needs.
- Resolve technical issues and perform regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure systems support records management policies, including archiving and disposal.
- Create and conduct training sessions for staff on IT systems and provide ongoing support.
- Uphold policies on equality, diversity, and safety, ensuring compliance and fostering a fair work environment.
- Contribute to organizational development by participating in various cross-functional projects.
The person:
- 1 years experience implementing new system information or replacing manual systems.
- Data extraction and report running IT Information systems.
- Experience of Public Sector Procurement Processes.
- Experience of using Sage or similar system.
