Technical Account Manager

MCS Group is seeking an Enterprise Technical account manager to join an MSP with a phenomenal array of clients across multiple areas of industry. As the TAM you will be hands-on across networking, apps, and security, and ultimately responsible for the entire IT estate of your clients, and will require excellent stakeholder management combined with technical capability.

The role

• Troubleshoot a variety of issues as a senior point of escalation across Networking, applications, virtualisation, cloud, security and products.
• Deliver project work and coordinate across multiple teams and skills to achieve the objective
• Own and lead teams across the delivery of IT services for your clients
• Ensure the best services for your clients by getting to grips with their needs, and meet these challenges with your technical experience and knowledge

Needed to succeed

• A 3rd level degree in an IT or related field
• 10 years + in a technical role
• Hands-on experience across, networking, virtualisation, cloud and applications
