The Company:

Our client is a long-standing Accountancy Practice in Central Dublin who provide a range of accountancy services across Accounts, Tax, Audit, Payroll and Bookkeeping. They have a wide range of clients across varying sectors and sizes, ensuring your role offers exposure across multiple industries and excellent development opportunities. Due to continued growth, now is a great time to join the practice as their new Tax Technician.

The Role:

As the successful Tax Technician, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing Tax returns for a wide range of clients
• Processing Payroll returns
• Processing VAT returns
• Tax administration tasks
• Working closely with the Tax team

The Person:

The successful Tax Technician will meet the following criteria:

• ATT/ATI Qualified or Part Qualified
• IPASS Qualification is desired but not essential
• 1+ year's experience in a previous tax related role
• Previous experience in Tax, Payroll and Accounting
• Familiarity with Excel and other accounting or payroll software
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
