The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

• ACA or CTA qualified preferred, but QBE candidates with strong experience will also be considered
• Looking for someone at Tax Manager/ Senior Manager level - either currently in the role or recently promoted
• Strong experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advice
• Comfortable overseeing compliance and advisory work across a varied portfolio (medical sector experience is a plus)
• Able to support and review the work of junior staff, contributing to team development
• Opportunity for the right person to take on a growing leadership role within the firm
• Ideal for someone ready to step up into a more senior position or broaden their management responsibilities

The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

• Mixed tax role covering both corporate and personal tax
• Responsible for a portfolio that includes GP practices and medical sector clients
• Manage compliance work for limited companies and individuals, including tax returns and computations
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services alongside compliance work
• Act as key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships
• Support and review work prepared by junior team members
• Report directly to the partners and contribute to wider practice development
