The role:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven recruitment professionals to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to deliver scalable, creative recruitment solutions under tight timeline.

The main responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for operational roles.
• Build talent pipelines using creative, market-specific sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted recruitment advisor.
• Support rapid scaling and high-volume hiring demands.
• Use data, ATS tools, and metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate:

• Similar experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
