Senior UX/UI Product Designer

MCS is delighted to partner exclusively with a global SaaS innovator as they build out a brand-new function within their product organisation. We are searching for a Senior UX Designer , a rare opportunity to become the sole UX specialist shaping the design vision across their full suite of digital products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading UX discovery, research, wireframing and prototyping end-to-end

• Crafting intuitive, beautiful UI that enhances user experience across multiple platforms

• Working cross-functionally with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders

• Introducing UX best practices, design processes and standards across the organisation

• Acting as the UX voice in product discussions, influencing roadmap and direction

• Producing high-quality visual experiences that simplify complex workflows

What We're Looking For

• Strong, demonstrable experience across both UX and UI

• Confidence operating as the sole UX designer, establishing process and best practice

• Someone comfortable engaging with clients and challenging stakeholders when required

• Experience designing for complex digital products

• Portfolio showcasing excellent research, UX flows and polished UI is essential
