MCS Group are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a high-performing Agile product team delivering a next-generation enterprise platform within a global organisation.
This is a hands-on contract role focused on designing intuitive, scalable user experiences across complex web-based applications. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to shape user journeys, interaction models and interface design across multiple releases.

The Role

• Design end-to-end user flows, interaction models and screen layouts
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes and UI specifications
• Collaborate with Product Owner and developers within Scrum teams
• Own interface design standards and ensure consistency across features
• Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating based on feedback
• Rapidly prototype and refine designs for incremental delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in UI/UX design within Agile environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and enterprise application design
• Experience delivering both desktop and mobile responsive interfaces
• Expertise in modern design tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma or similar)
• Strong understanding of usability best practices
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
