We are working with a regulated financial services organisation undertaking a major system replacement programme across mortgage origination and core accounting platforms.

This is not a BAU change role. It is a hands-on legacy-to-modern systems transformation assignment focused on platform migration, process redesign and controlled delivery.

The Role

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the transition from legacy environments to a new target-state platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Analysing legacy systems, integrations and data flows (As-Is)

• Defining future-state system behaviours and operating processes (To-Be)

• Leading system-driven process redesign aligned to regulatory requirements

• Supporting end-to-end data migration, reconciliation and validation

• Conducting impact, dependency and risk analysis across migration decisions

• Translating technical system change into clear business outcomes

• Ensuring operational readiness and stakeholder alignment pre-go-live

• Working closely with technology, delivery and test teams through implementation

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering enterprise system transformation within Financial Services

• Strong experience in mortgage origination and/or core finance/accounting platforms

• Experience migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms

• Hands-on exposure to data migration, reconciliation and testing cycles

• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
