Senior Software Engineer - Irish AI Start Up

Up to €120,000 + Equity

We're partnering with a VC-backed AI-native startup building something genuinely ambitious.

They're developing an operating system designed to automate complex operational workflows end-to-end using intelligent agents. This isn't "AI bolted onto legacy software". It's a system built from the ground up to be AI-first.

They already have paying customers. They're shipping daily and for the next 6-8 months this is very much a company in a build, ship & deliver for live paying customers type of environment.

The Opportunity

You'll join a small, high-calibre engineering team working directly with the founders.

You'll:

• Design and build product workflows end-to-end

• Work across React, TypeScript, Node and Postgres

• Contribute to architecture and technical direction

• Ship features into production fast

• Help shape both product and engineering culture

This is greenfield. No legacy constraints. Real ownership.

The Environment

Fully remote, High autonomy. High trust. High standards.

It's a focused execution phase. The team has customers live and meaningful milestones ahead. That means intensity at times. Not constant chaos, but real accountability and pace.

If you're looking for a quiet, clearly defined 9-5, this probably isn't it.

If you want to help build something that could become category-defining and you're energised by that challenge then we should definitely talk.

What They're Looking For

• 6-10+ years engineering experience

• Strong full-stack capability (TypeScript / React / Node)

• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end

• Experience in startup or high-ambiguity environments

• Product-minded, not just ticket-driven

• Someone who runs with problems rather than waiting for direction

AI exposure is a plus, but mindset matters more than buzzwords.

• Up to €120,000 base
