• Client relationships: Building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with existing and new clients, acting as a trusted advisor and tailoring recruitment solutions to their needs.
• Business development: Driving growth through lead generation, networking, and strategic business development, while showcasing the value MCS Group brings to clients.
• Recruitment process management: Overseeing interviews, providing constructive feedback, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
• Mentorship: Supporting junior consultants by sharing knowledge, best practices, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
