Senior Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting an experienced Engineer to lead maintenance and engineering activities across multiple sites. Reporting to the Divisional Engineering Manager, you will drive equipment reliability, deliver capital projects, and support continuous improvement and ESG initiatives.
As the Engineer you will:

• Lead preventive maintenance and improve equipment performance
• Develop engineering standards and ensure H&S compliance
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Set and monitor KPIs (downtime, costs, efficiency)

You will have:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge
• Proven project delivery and continuous improvement experience
• Strong leadership, communication skills
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel when required
