Senior DevOps Engineer

We're partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning technology company to hire a Senior DevOps Engineer. This organisation delivers cloud-based platforms used by millions of consumers globally and is continuing to scale its core infrastructure.

You'll contribute to the design, development, and optimisation of cloud-native infrastructure supporting high-traffic digital platforms. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you'll help drive automation, scalability, and reliability across production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on automating deployments and pipelines
• Work with GitHub Actions to drive CI/CD setup and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead DevOps Engineer and Lead Test Engineer to integrate automated testing into deployment pipelines.
• Share automation expertise across the wider engineering team.
• Contribute to building out pipelines and infrastructure, with some use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Focus on cloud infrastructure primarily within AWS.

The Ideal Person

• Strong experience in DevOps or similar roles
• Strong AWS experience
• Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Fargate) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Scripting (Python/Bash)
• Experience working in Agile environments
