Senior Credit Controller

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established logistics business to recruit a Senior Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role

Reporting to the Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Managing a global debtors ledger
• Proactively collecting outstanding debt and maintaining cash flow
• Conducting aged debt reviews and following up on overdue balances
• Processing multi-currency bank transactions and allocating cash
• Resolving invoice queries and reconciling debit and credit adjustments

What you need to succeed?

• Solid background in credit control, with several years of hands-on experience
• Exposure to managing customer accounts across multiple regions
• Good knowledge of credit risk management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and clients
• Well-organised, self-motivated and able to take initiative while maintaining a high level of accuracy
