£26,500-£30,000 starting salary, based on experience (OTE year one £35,000-£45,000)

Your Responsibilities

• Candidate management: Identify and attract top sales talent, guide them through the recruitment process, and build a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
• Client relationships: Partner with businesses to understand their sales recruitment needs, tailoring solutions that deliver real impact.
• Business development: Generate leads, cold call potential clients, and showcase the value of MCS Group's recruitment expertise.
• Process management: Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and manage the offer stage to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
