Are you a recruitment professional looking to make a real difference in the social care sector? We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to drive talent attraction and retention, shape innovative recruitment strategies, support managers, and deliver a seamless, compliant hiring experience that strengthens the workforce and future growth.
The role:
- Develop and deliver a recruitment strategy to attract and retain staff in the social care sector
- Lead recruitment processes, ensuring best practice, positive candidate experience, and collaboration with managers
- Review and maintain job descriptions, person specifications, and employment documentation to align with values and standards
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (equality, safeguarding checks, immigration, data protection)
- Source candidates proactively through diverse channels and build a strong future talent pipeline
- Promote employer brand, enhance recruitment materials, and organise campaigns and events
- Support HR operations including induction, training, partnerships with education providers, and team coordination
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
- Working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in recruitment and selection
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle
- Experience in end-to-end and high-volume recruitment, including candidate sourcing via multiple channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable: CIPD Foundation membership or Level 3 Certificate in People Practice
