Recruitment Coordinator - Derry / Donegal Region - 3-Month FTC

MCS is delighted to be recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of a well-established organisation with sites in Donegal and Derry. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract and would suit a highly organised individual who can hit the ground running in a busy, fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who is available for an immediate start.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day recruitment tasks
• Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
• Posting job adverts across relevant platforms
• Managing candidate applications and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing recruitment documentation and offer paperwork
• Supporting onboarding for new starters
• Ensuring all recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently
• Providing general support to the wider HR / recruitment team as required

The Ideal Candidate

• 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment role / similar position
• Previous agency recruitment experience will be considered
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high volume of recruitment tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and recruitment / HR systems
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
