Project Manager

MCS Group are working with a leading specialist contractor within the fit-out sector to recruit a Project Manager to join their expanding delivery team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for leading multiple fit-out projects while coordinating internal teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.

You will;

• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Liaise with clients, design teams, site management, manufacturing, procurement and logistics teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and manage project programmes from initiation through to completion
• Coordinate project resources including materials, subcontractors, logistics and site requirements
• Provide regular progress updates and reports while ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across all projects

The Ideal Candidate;

• Experience in a Project Manager or similar role within fit-out, joinery manufacturing or a related sector
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications and contractual documentation
• Proactive and solutions-focused with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
