Project Manager

MCS Group are working with a fit-out contractor on an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of high-quality fit-out projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland, while developing your career within a dynamic, forward-thinking company set to further grow over the next year.

The Role

We are partnering with an established and growing fit-out contractor seeking a Project Manager to deliver a range of high-end projects. You will manage multiple schemes at a time from initial brief through design, procurement, and delivery, overseeing programme, budget, health & safety, and quality management while working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.

You will;

• Lead multiple fit-out projects from design development through procurement, construction, and handover, managing programmes, budgets, and cashflow
• Oversee quality assurance and health & safety compliance, implementing best-practice procedures across all projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient delivery and resolving on-site or commercial issues
• Provide commercial oversight, including cost tracking, change management, valuations, and client reporting

The Ideal Candidate;

• Proven project management experience in a fit-out or building environment
• Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets, quality, and health & safety management
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
