MCS Group are currently looking for a Product Owner to support the delivery of a large-scale enterprise platform within a global organisation undergoing significant digital evolution.
This is a hands-on role within an Agile environment, focused on backlog ownership, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring high-value delivery across a cross-functional Scrum team.

The Role

• Own and prioritise the product backlog
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with stakeholders to define scope and business value
• Partner with UX and Engineering teams on solution design
• Support sprint planning, refinement, UAT and release cycles
• Ensure delivered features align with strategic objectives

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments
• Strong backlog management and requirements elicitation skills
• Proven stakeholder management experience
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

• CRM or enterprise systems experience
• Exposure to AI-enabled or search-driven platforms
