Product Marketing Manager - Tech for Good

MCS Group is delighted to be working with an innovative Tech for Good organisation to recruit a Product Marketing Manager to join the growing Saas business, and help shape how the product is positioned, launched and understood in the market.

This role will play a key part in building the foundations of product marketing across the business. You'll take ownership of product positioning and go-to-market activity, translating product capability into clear, compelling value for customers across the public and private sectors.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, working across teams and making sense of complexity in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and scale the product marketing function as the business grows.
  • Own product positioning, messaging and value propositions to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Act as the bridge between Product and Marketing, aligning roadmap, customer needs and commercial priorities.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and releases.
  • Turn complex product capabilities into clear, customer-focused stories for different audiences.
  • Bring customer, market and competitive insight into product planning and prioritisation.
  • Build core product marketing assets from the ground up, including website messaging, sales collateral and launch materials.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on enablement, cross-sell and adoption initiatives.
  • Establish scalable product marketing processes and ways of working.
  • Support product-led growth across onboarding, adoption and retention, measuring impact and iterating based on results.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology-led business.
  • Experience working in an early-stage or scaling product marketing function.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, go-to-market strategy and end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Ability to develop clear product positioning and messaging from first principles.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, including developing use-case-led messaging to support upward selling.
  • Exposure to social value, ESG, sustainability or impact-driven products.
