Principal Software Engineer (Java, Go Lang, AWS)

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a thriving organisation in Belfast as they grow their software engineering team here in NI. You will join a disruptor in the Insurtech industry who have gone from strength to strength since establishing themselves in Belfast, and have exciting plans for growth in 2024.

The Role:

In this role, you will work alongside a talented team of engineers, building out brand new applications and technology solutions. You will have a voice and an input in architecture decision making and will be involved across the whole software development lifecycle. The Person:

• Extensive software development experience at a senior level
• You will have experience with programming languages such as Golang, Java, Kotlin
• Front End experience is beneficial but not essential
• Experience building applications at scale
• In-Depth exposure to cloud technologies (ideally AWS)

• Salary up to £85,000, depending on experience
