People Transformation Lead - Belfast - Professional Services

MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading Professional Services firm as they look to add a People Transformation Lead to their team.

The role:

You will focus on HR transformation, operating model design, and organisational development, you will help build an agile, efficient, and people-centric organisation.

The main responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end HR transformation projects, from initial assessment through to delivery and embedding change.
• Reimagine HR operating structures and processes to improve service delivery and overall efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape organisational design and implement strategic change plans.
• Lead culture-building activities, engagement strategies, and leadership alignment workshops.
• Monitor results, measure success, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement across all people-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong track record of delivering transformational change within Professional or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience in HR transformation programmes, or organisational design.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and gain buy-in.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-led approach.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn business priorities into actionable solutions.
• Previous exposure to large-scale, complex change programmes in highly regulated sectors.
