MCS Group are recruiting for a Temporary Part Time Accounts Payable to join a highly successful company based in the Toomebridge area to cover a period of absence.

The Company:

Our client is a highly successful Building/Contracts company. Due to workload they are looking for an experienced temporary part time Accounts Payable to cover an immediate gap on the team.

The Role:

As the successful Temporary Part Time Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable you will report directly to the Finance Manager & will be responsible for the following duties:

• End to End Accounts Payable
• Processing Payments
• Matching Invoices

The Person:

The successful Temporary Part Time Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable will meet the following criteria:

• Good communication skills
• A flexible, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Effective time management
• Good Computer skills and experience in Sage 200
• Good record keeping skills and procedures.
