Mid-Senior UX Designer

Known for delivering innovative software solutions to clients across the UK and internationally, they are now looking to appoint a Mid-Senior UX Designer to play a key role in their next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team where design is genuinely valued. You'll have the autonomy to influence user experience strategy, shape client solutions, and contribute to forward-thinking internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end UX process across bespoke web platforms
• Get involved in discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and user research activities
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Work closely with Developers to ensure seamless translation from design to delivery
• Advocate for user-centred design principles across projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal design standards and processes

The Ideal Person

• Proven commercial experience in UX or Product Design
• Strong experience designing complex web-based applications
• Confident facilitating research, workshops, and usability testing
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Comfortable communicating design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary - Up to £50,000, DOE
