Microsoft 365 / Power Platform Developer

MCS Group are proud to be working with a prestigious Dublin based organisation that's in the middle of a broad IT and operational transformation. They're looking to bring in a Business Software Developer focused on Microsoft technologies on a permanent basis.

This role sits within a growing Business Applications team and will focus on designing, building and enhancing internal business applications across SharePoint Online, Power Platform and the wider Microsoft 365 stack.

(Hybrid - Dublin City Centre)

You'll work across:

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• SharePoint Online
• SPFx (TypeScript / React ideal)
• Microsoft Graph API
• Azure services and emerging AI capabilities

This is a hands-on development role with real ownership in a small, high-impact team. You'll be involved from design through to deployment and will contribute to modernising legacy applications into cloud-first Microsoft architecture.

What they're looking for

• 2+ years Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, ideally Power BI)
• Strong SharePoint Online
• REST API integration experience
• Git version control
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem exposure
• Stamp 4/EU Citizenship and happy to work in a hybrid office position in Dublin.

Nice to have

• SPFx (TypeScript + React ideal)
• Microsoft Graph API
• PowerShell (PnP)
• Azure Functions / Azure services
• AI exposure (Copilot, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
