Mechanical Fitter

You will play a key role in building reliable, high-quality equipment used in demanding agricultural environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit mechanical components and sub-assemblies for machinery
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions
• Install bearings, shafts, gearboxes, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Carry out mechanical adjustments, alignment, and fault-finding
• Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and effectively

What I am looking for:

• Experience in machinery assembly, plant equipment, or agricultural machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hydraulics and mechanical drives is an advantage
