M&E Contract Manager

MCS Group is recruiting a Mechanical & Electrical Contract Manager. This is a permanent position based in Belfast.

We are seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Contract Manager to join our client's Commercial team, which manages over £150m of annual contract spend. In this role, you will support the effective management of mechanical and electrical contracts, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with commercial and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer mechanical and electrical contracts across all projects
• Monitor contractor performance, ensuring quality, safety and value for money
• Support procurement and commercial processes
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in contract management, engineering, or commercial environments with a 3rd-level engineering qualification with at least 2 years relevant experience or a recognised industrial apprenticeship with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical services with experience of current legislation
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage contracts and deliver against performance targets
