Manufacturing Engineer

MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a leading specialist manufacturing company based in Lisburn to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organisation.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to enhance efficiency, improve performance, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.

You will contribute directly to the company's strategic goals by analysing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing measurable solutions that support key operational KPIs.

The Role:

• Lead and support manufacturing improvement initiatives across production processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to improve manufacturing performance
• Analyse production data and deliver measurable improvements aligned with business KPIs
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment
• Support and promote HSEQ standards and best practices

The successful candidate will:

• Previous experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role or similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience of delivering process improvements and operational excellence
• Ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions within production settings
• Good working knowledge of HSEQ practices
• A relevant third-level qualification in engineering or a related discipline
