Management Accountant

MCS Group are looking for a Management Accountant to join a large manufacturing company based in Cookstown.

The Company:

Our client is a large manufacturing company based in the Cookstown area and have multiple offices across Northern Ireland. They are the market leader within the sector - now is a great time to join their Cookstown finance function as they look at add a Management Accountant for their growing team.

The Role:

As the successful Management Accountant you will report directly to the Finance Controller to Report:

• Prepare financial reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

• Oversight of the General Ledger, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Fixed Asset Register and Accounting Data.
• Work collaboratively with central Finance to align on processes, reporting, and governance.

• Assist with stock valuation and reconciliations.

The Person:

The successful Financial Controller will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent;
• Previous experience in management accountant role;
• Relevant industry experience;
• Strong communication skills.
