MCS Group are looking for a Management Accountant to join a leading manufacturing company based in the Belfast area.

The Company:

Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Belfast and have multiple sites across UK, ROI and Europe. They manufacture an extensive range of products for their customer base across numerous sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business as they look to add a Management Accountant to their Belfast finance function.

The Role:

As the successful Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of management accounts & reporting packs;
• Balance sheet reconciliations;
• Statutory & non-statutory reporting;
• Assist with year-end accounts & audit;
• Support improvement of financial processes;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Management Accountant will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
• Open to industry or practice background;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong IT skills.
