Learning & Development Manager - Belfast

MCS Group is delighted to be representing a prestigious organisation based in Greater Belfast, currently seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join their growing team on a permanent full-time basis.

The role

• Monitor and implement learning and development needs following analysis of skills gaps and business needs
• Ensuring the timely coordination and delivery of company inductions for all new starters
• Support and lead on L&D projects and strategy
• Ensure training is recorded appropriately on the learning management system
• Delivering in-house training sessions when required, including compliance refresher training
• Managing all practical training requirements and external course bookings
• Building and maintaining effective links with training providers
• Working with different business teams on embedding a learning culture within the organisation
• To ensure systems are accurate and continuous improvement measures implemented
• To support with succession planning
• Building strong, collaborative working relationships across the business and with external stakeholders

Key skills required:

• CIPD qualification
• 3 + years' L&D Generalist experience
• Ability to influence at a senior level
• Strong project management skills
