Lead Product owner - Fintech

What you'll be doing:

• You will be responsible for the delivery of new crypto related products and features including the core framework and experience, reporting into the VP of product to help implement strategy for Crypto across all channels.
• You will be looking at the onboarding of clients onto the platform, maintaining and refining any KYT checks.
• Help the development teams identify Stories which can be grouped to form minimum viable deliveries in order to support the identification in order to deploy regularly to production.
• Be responsible for capturing business needs in user stories and use cases and ensure that here is sufficient detail to allow scope definition, estimation, and prioritisation.
• Support the use of preferred planning and prioritisation tooling to capture and track deliveries, identify issues and help with roadmap and iteration planning and prioritisation.

What you need?

• 3 years+ experience as a technical product owner
• Onboarding experience is highly advantageous
• Strong commercial knowledge around systems implementations and understanding the customer needs.
• Experience of eliciting and capturing requirements, using user stories and use cases, in a software development environment for the delivery of complex platforms.
• Crypto, fintech, payments or platform experience would be preferable.
• Experience of Agile principles, with experience in leading scrums, building user stories, writing specifications, and managing team resources
