Junior Marketing Manager

MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a well-established, private sector client based in the Greater Belfast area, who currently require a Junior Marketing Manager on a full-time permanent basis to join their team.

Working as part of the wider Marketing Team to drive the marketing strategy across a range of channels, from traditional media such as print and OOH to social media, CRM and events. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager to drive a team of high-performance marketing professionals to deliver on time and within budget the marketing strategies for the brand and our brand partners.

Core responsibilities:

• Creating compelling omni-channel plans for events, advertising and digital media.
• Liaising with brand partners and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Ensuring campaign deadlines and KPIs are met.
• Excelling at Brand Partner Strategies & Elevating Brands
• Supporting with the generation of content across social media, blogs and newsletters.
• Aligning regularly with our internal teams to establish requirements and implement plans.
• Optimising engagement through paid social media campaigns working with the social media and digital team members to unify our brand presence across diverse channels.
• Executing best-in-class events for customers by working closely with external agencies and suppliers.
• Reporting and analysing all marketing activity including customer engagement, campaign results and any learnings going forward.
• Reviewing, assessing, and implementing new ways of working with the Marketing Manager to ensure efficiencies and productivity are maximised across the Marketing Team.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 4 years' experience in marketing or similar role.
• Enthusiastic and up for a challenge, with a can-do attitude.
• Experience coordinating large omnichannel campaigns.
• Creative individual with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence liaising with suppliers.
