IT Systems Manager

MCS Group is seeking an IT Systems Manager to join a homegrown manufacturing success story as they look to appoint a leader for a brand new team they are looking to build out. In this role you will ultimately lead a team tasked with digitally transforming the business, with a specific focus on ERP, support, implementation, and reporting, this role will see you play a pivotal role in future-proofing the continued success of the business.

The role

• Lead and manage a key team within the business
• Ultimately have responsibility over budget that falls under your remit
• Manage and report on project status
• Engage internal stakeholders, and manage external vendors
• Deliver critical systems, maintain them and ensure the business is getting the best use of the solution you will be responsible for

Needed to succeed

• Relevant industry experience
• A proven track record of supporting, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems
• Business acumen, and the ability to meet business needs with technical solutions
• The ability to lead, and develop a team
