IT Support - Belfast - £30,000 - £34,000 + Bonus + Private Healthcare

A growing multi-site private healthcare organisation in Belfast is seeking an IT Support professional to join its internal team.
This is a hands-on role supporting a modern clinical environment across two Belfast locations. You will work closely with the IT Manager to maintain systems, support users, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects - including the transition towards paperless operations.
This is not a high-volume ticket desk role. It offers varied exposure across infrastructure, business systems, hardware, and automation initiatives within a close-knit, people-focused organisation.

The Role

You will:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to internal staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, clinic machines and user devices
• Install and configure systems and equipment
• Support CRM and scheduling systems
• Assist with process improvements and paperless initiatives
• Work across two Belfast sites (approx. 10-15 minutes apart)
• Collaborate with an outsourced IT provider where required

You will be the second internal IT hire, working directly alongside the IT Manager.

What We're Looking For

• Previous IT Support experience (1-3+ years ideal)
• Experience working with a CRM system
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working directly with end users
• Proactive, approachable and personable
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• An IT qualification or degree is desirable but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 - £34,000 base salary
• Biannual bonus (company + individual performance based)

During the initial probation period, the role will be predominantly onsite to allow for training and integration.
